the hat looked horrible and we bought 2. one was for me ( a female) and for my boyfriend. The hats fit horribly and looked cheap. we ended up not using them and went in a different direction

Very stiff construction - probably could withstand being run over by a truck. Would like it to be more like a real hat. Runs on the small side. Bought it for my 12 year old (we all have big heads) and it'll fit him for the night...but probably not in the future.

This hat is HARD and does not fit a male adult head. In fact, I had my teen son try it on and it barely fit him. And, it did not fit me (& I am female). I ended up going to a local super store to find one that worked perfectly - which I should have done in the first place, for an item that is so general in nature. I will say this was my first negative experience with a Buy Costumes product - and I am hoping to be treated fairly at the return stage.
