It was a great addition to my Freddy Kruger mast to have great fun giving kids treats at my front door.

Although I was initiallly impressed with the heavy duty appearance of the glove, that was quickly replaced when I discovered the shoddy construction. Almost immediatey upon putting on the glove, the rivet on the index finger popped out and the finger just fell off. This was clearly frustrating given the price of the glove, and that it was only a couple days before Halloween making a return impossible. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the "pinky" finger was also coming undone. I can see the rivet coming out of that one as well. It just seems like there should have been a better way to secure the claws to the glove. Perhaps the rivet was too small or the brass was too soft a metal for that use. Either way, the premium price certainly wasn't warranted after I discovered i would have been better off with a cheap plastic glove.

My Son was so excited to buy this as he had it in his mind that this was as close to the real thing as you were going to get. Upon opening it 2 days ago, one of the rivets was broken and fell off in his hand. I wanted to return it but my husband is a machinist so he fixed it for him, since then, 2 more has broken and if it werent for my handyman, it would have been returned. For the money it costs, it should have been made of better quality. It's very cool to look at but doesn't move well on the hand either.

The glove is awesome, coming from a small town in Australia is a major hit and you could expect more orders from my mates at work. One problem is the rivets on the glove they are a little loose and may come off, but other than that major WOW. Also I have a small hand and it fits er like a glove for me, so a person will larger hands may have a problem with wearing it.

How Freddy could effectively kill people with these I don't know. However, these are very nice gloves to compliment a Freddy costume. The glove is a little tricky to put on and there isn't much flexibility once it's on. The blades are not sharp, but the overall feel of the glove goes great with a Freddy costume. The glove is definitely better than the plastic version and way cheaper than any hardcore custom glove found on the net. It's not a perfect replica, but who is going to notice while you are having that 5th or 6th beer. Now if only one of the blades was a bottle opener....
