I was disappointed when I got mine. I was expecting it to look exactly like the picture but it doesn't. It does not have the same shape as the picture. I had to use a ton of pins and clips to poof it up and make it look nice.

Cute pilot captain hat for the US AirForce husband

Got this hat from you for a Halloween party for my husband, an ex US Air Force MSGT. I was not sure he will like it and even put it on, it was a surprise for him. You have to understand even with all my love to him and 20 years difference between us he is still not a young guy anymore - a Viet Nam veteran. So we stopped in San Diego, CA on our way home to Oregon. There was a Halloween party in some cozy Downtown restaurant, and a lot of costume people parting around. My Mike's pilot hat attractively shined in the gas patio heater lights and people were coming to us one after another to say hi to him and ask if he was a real pilot. The last came an old couple and the guy Mike what the hat means. What a surprise was for all of us when we found out that the other guy same as Mike was a real US AF guy with 20 years experience! They talked and talked trying to remember all the bases they stationed at and the countries they visited. Mike was pleased and I was happy for him! Seems like a wearing the right hat brings you the right people. Thank you for the great Pilot Hat and our nice time on the Halloween party! DancingWind
