Rocky Horror, here we come!

My 15-year-old son wanted to dress up for a Rocky Horror showing, but he has size 15 feet and I never thought I'd find anything he could wear. I took a chance, and voila! He almost died when he opened the box, and I almost died when they fit him (they were actually size 14, but with the open toes, he could lop over a little).

Great Shoes Easy Wear

I bought the Disco Glitter shoes for a drag costume and, frankly, it has a higher heel than I ever thought I would wear. As it turns out, they were reasonably comfortable and I would buy another pair in a minute for the next party. I think the shoes were $20+/- which to me meant that they were a death trap, but nope, not a bit. They were a lot of fun and very secure and I am a 6' 210lbs. It sounds a bit cliche but the shoes really do make the outfit and these did it for me.

I normally wear a men's size 13, and I ordered the size C (women's 15-16, men's 13-14). They ended up being a little bit too big for me, but they still fit pretty well with the tights I was wearing. I probably could have returned them and tried a smaller size, but it didn't really seem worth it, as I only intended to wear them the one night. As someone who has never worn high heels before, I thought they were surprisingly comfortable and easy to walk in. The were really good quality for costume shoes but probably wouldn't last long as regular daily wear. Near the end of the evening the strap was beginning to tear a little around the hole the buckle went through. And they had a tendency to get glitter all over everything. All in all, they were really fun shoes to wear. I bought them on clearance, and they were absolutely worth it for the price.
