This little doggie bag is perfect for a Dorothy costume. The wooden handle moves so it's comfortable to hold. There is a zipper along the dog's back so your stuff is secure inside. Some other reviews said the little dog head falls down inside the basket so you cant tell what it is, but I didn't find that happening at all. Super cute and perfect accessory!
