Full Petticoat, perfect under short skirts
I purchased this petticoat for use with the "Pin-up Captain Adult Costume" #61797 and it worked perfectly. It really made the skirt stick out in all directions. There is also an under-layer of white satin to cover your underwear. I purchased a few different types of petticoats to try out, and this one was my favorite. It is on the short side, which is why it worked so well with the Pin-Up Captain costume I was wearing. Looking forward to using it again for different costumes in the future!
