I wore this costume for Halloween and I had a great time. You've got to get the ruby red heel shoes and the Toto in a basket to go along with the costume.

This costume was perfect! IT fit good, unlike the other dorothy ones i tried on that fit really akward to my body. this one was somewhat adjustable for me or could be adjusted easily if needed!!! it was great quality too i noticed!
