I bought this petticoat to wear under my Dark HEart Queen Costume and it is one of the better petticoats I have purchased. It is not too tight at the top as the others have been and it is a good length for a shorter dress.

I think the picture and description are accurate. I love the quality of the finished edges. The waist has good stretch to fit most. It will definately add some volume to my costume.
