I purchased this costume for my large 2 year old, but she was not interested in wearing a costume this year. My 4 year old, who is on the smaller side (they are both almost the same size) gleefully took ownership of this one. The costume is very sturdy and well sewn; the glove "paws" were a huge hit, as well as the wings and the nice springy tail. I love the eyes on the hood (like real stuffed animal eyes). My older daughter wore this thing for 4 days straight, she loved it so much. It will last us for several years of costume fun!

This dragon costume fit the bill as far as making my son happy. He had a great time running around in it and trick-or-treating on Halloween. The quality of the fabric is what you would expect for a halloween costume - it is a bit on the thin side, but he wore clothes underneath so he was warm (even on the unseasonably cold Halloween we had this year). The details of the costume were super cute, right down to the puffy tail. He got lots of compliments and overall this was a good purchase. However, my complaint is that the sizing was way too small! I read other reviews that said the same thing. My son is 2 years old and in the 12% for his age and still wears 18-24 month clothing. I ordered the 2T-4T size since many people said the sizing was too small. And when I tried the costume on him, it was too short in the torso (between the crotch and neck), and the costume was being pulled off his shoulders because the torso was too short. I tried to open the seam at the crotch, but it didn't help, and I can't even sew a button on so I wasn't about to attempt a fix for this problem. It wasn't that bad so we wore it, but it was clear to me that no child bigger than my son would be able to wear the costume comfortably. And by the way, the length in the legs fit my son perfectly, another indication that it would be too small for a larger child - and certainly not a 3T or a 4T! But all-in-all a good purchase for my little dragon lover!

The costume is absolutely adorable! One thing I wasn't crazy about was how the sizing was. It was either 18m-24m or 2T-4T. My son turned 2 in September so I went with the 18m-24m because I was afraid the 2t-4t would be way too big since there is a major difference in size from 2t to a 4t. The 18m-24m fits almost perfect but could have been a little bit bigger.. Maybe if the sizing had measurements as far as the heights that would fit into that particular size range it would be more helpful.. Besides that, the costume is perfect!!!

Cute costume. I bought the 2T-4T for my son. He wears a 2T (28lbs) normally and the costume is almost too small. It is short in the straddle. He loves it and the quality is awesome other than the sizing.
