Wish it produced spells...

The scepter complimented the Evil Queen costume well. However, it would have been perfect with two addition things: a strap for your wrist so you don't have to hold it the whole time, and the ability to produce spells on people.

This scepter will make a very nice prop with my wicked queen costume. However, it's cheesey plastic, so it's not very high quality.
