The first costume sent to us did not have the hood included in the package. I called right away to let the company know that the bag did not include both pieces. I had the return label emailed to me immediately and shipped the product back. I got the new costume within the week, I even told them I didn't need it for another two months. Great service!!! I have ordered several costumes from this site, I thought this one was expensive for what you get, but I will still order from them!

Title: NO ONE knew who I was!

My son enjoyed his costume cause noone knew who he was also said it wasnt itchy. Mom's point of view, the quality was good -- very happy about, nothing worse than getting a peice of JUNK to only rip or not be torn. My ONLY complaint was the weapon shown w/costum didnt come with costume NOR was it available on the site to purchase -- huge bummer. I like this site for costumes -- no lines -- no hassel -- they are quick to send out products and the QUALITY IS GOOD. I'll be back next year as usual :)
