I'm a very short 19 year old, so buying the adult costume would have been ridiculous. I have to say, the costume is pretty much the perfect fit. It's not some flimsy material like alot of costumes you typically see and buy are. It's good quality. The only complaints I can really come up with are that it would be better if the cumerbund wasn't attached, and the string on the back definitely needs to be longer. Possibly a stronger material for the cumberbund as well. It's the only part that seems to be a bit flimsy. The mask is exactly as you'd expect: Rough, uncomfortable, and plastic, but it's a fun little bonus, none the less. As far as the shipping went, it was quite fast. I'd definitely recommend this site to others, as well as this particular costume.

We bought this cool-looking Bellatrix costume for my daughter. She is a small 12 year old, so we bought the kid's size large. The smallest adult size would have been way too big. The dress was perfect length, and a good fit. The design was very cool. But the sleeves were cut very tight, especially at the wrist, and I had to open up some stitches to get her hand in one of the sleeves. I'm just glad it wasn't more expensive.
