I ordered the costume 3 weeks before Halloween and was upset when it arrived and only the helmet was in the box. I immediately contacted buycostumes.com and their service was excellent! They immediately sent out the costume and used UPS 2 day delivery. It arrived in excellent condition. The costume has a very authentic look and nice heavy feel. Good quality material. The helmet is a bit small and looks more like a toy than authentic piece, but I will probably purchase something more realistic somewhere else. Overall, excellent costume and great customer service.

OMG!! Other than the price, this outfit was perfect. He wore it for Halloween as we went to the dance club. Had many many compliments on the suit. He looked to real and HOT in it. Thanks for such great quality and realization. :)

I purchased the adult fireman costume (Tan version) for the 2008 Halloween season. The costume is great! The fabric is heavy and really looks like the real deal. Shipping was free when I purchased it and came within a few days. Thanks BuyCostumes.com. You run a fine business.
