Received this today...and I have to say I was very pleased...It fits perfectly ! Hubby was very impressed and had a glint in his eye lol...I must say though, that I wear a size 18 and this fit just right, larger women may have it too snug, which doesn't lent to the whole flapper style, as it should hang...not fit snug to curves....The tassles are on the flimsy side, as I lost a few just putting it on, but it's a costume, and something I was expecting...after reading previous reviews...I am more then pleased with the dress and can't wait to wear it for our 1920's party!

The dress looked the part. It did start loosing tassels as soon as I put it on, so I think you could only ever wear it once or twice. The headband broke before the night was over too

I like the dress but it has a problem with falling fringes. I found them in the floor everywhere I go. I guess they should be better attach to the dress.

I bought two of these dresses and had great hopes for them. The fringe strings are only sewed on once. The strings work loose and fall out. Once two or three strings in a row fell out, the fringe came totally loose in that area. After a couple of wearings, we had inches of fringe in a row that were missing. One dress has lost at least 20 inches of fringe. I sewed through all of the layers of fringe and the dress to stop the loss. Dress fits well, but fabric is of low quality.

It really does fit well and flatters my large figure. The boa adds to the fun look. The dress is flimsy but will hold up for several events, which is just what I want.
