I have a 9 year old son who absolutely loves to play like he is various kinds of birds and has always been partial to chickens. I have never found a chicken costume for a child that was not for a very little boy or infant. I have been resigned to making homemade costumes for the past several Halloween holidays. While I was happy to do it and he was happy to wear them, the birds were simply not very "authentic" and looked very much homemade. When I found the costume on your website, my son's first comment was "I don't have to wear a homemade costume!" The quality is great and he has worn the costume pretty much every day since we have received it. We did receive it much sooner than the anticipated delivery date as well. The costume is fairly lightweight which is nice, because our weather does not get really cold until late in the year and we can have very warm Halloween nights, so that was another plus. This turned out to be one of those times when I really knew what he was getting was exactly what he wanted and it will give him so much joy--at least until he outgrows it! My only negative, was the price. I have seen costumes of similar quality for $10-$15 less and I will say that I had to really evaluate whether or not to buy it. Obviously, I ended up deciding the benefit was worth it, however, that was definitely a factor affecting my decision. In the end, I thank you and my son thanks you for your great selection!

Great chicken costume! The quality is absolutely fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice. It really feels like a professional costume that a mascot might wear! Our Daughter wanted to be the "mama" chicken to our real chickens. I think they bought it! LOL

This costume was excellent quality. It can be used again and again. It was comfortable and fun.
