The gathered skirt has a double set of lacing holes in the back of the waistband, which allows for adjustments. The extra-high waistband is superior to elastic ones because it keeps the skirt tucked under the bodice all day. You'll never look disheveled! To achieve look pictured two skirts are used, one is tucked into the waist to create an extreme gathered look.Color: Curry.

  • Available in Adult Sizes: Small/Medium, Medium/Large and Large/X-Large.
  • Waist sizes: Small/Medium 27-33", Medium/Large 32-38", Large/X-Large 38-44".
  • This is also the underskirt shown with the Irish Lass Dress (#19742).
  • Does not include purse or knife.
  • Combine skirt(s) with Galley Wench Twill Bodice, Classic Chemise, and Ring Belt (all sold separately) to complete the look.

  • not a bad puchase for the money

    good quality, the sizing was a little off and personally could have been accommodated with a few more rows of button holes.

  • Great quality, bad fit

    I agree with the previous posts. This piece is absolutely beautiful and would be a great add on to any costume. But it runs BIG! I am 36 inch waist and 5'7 and it literally dragged the ground BIG TIME. I also had it tied up as tight as possible and it still fell. The quality is great, beautiful color, very heavy material. If you are normally a Large...get a medium!!

  • Cute as a button!

    I love this bodice vest! I bought it even though I knew the largest size wasn't going to be large enough for me (ordered the 39"-41") but it is an incentive to continue to lose more weight. It is very well made and looks like it could be reversible to switch from dark green to black as long as the tags are carefully removed. Beautiful green color exactly as pictured! I can hardly wait until I fit into it. lol I'm 230 lbs and 5'6" as a reference for sizing.

    very good heavy material, good stitching and quality sewing, a bit too big even with adjustment, if normally xl, get large
