Not a whole lot to this costume but I also didn't pay very much for it so I didn't expect much ... I managed to buy the red wings at a local store very cheap tho and so finding the matching dress (cheap) was a good find for me ... I bought the medium size and wear a 36C and the top just fit across my breasts without being stretched ... there is no elastic in the top so I was lucky that it just fit (glad I went for the medium) ... the only thing holding the top "up" is the neck tie which is a little uncomfortable - it's more like a black shoelace so I'll probably buy a ribbon to replace it ... the skirt was rather loose on me ... I usually wear about a size 9 jeans ... the skirt is elasticised in the back so that it has some adjustable component to it but I'll probably have to take it in a little so it doesn't fall off ...
