The costume was great! My son is very tall for his age so I bought a 2T thinking that it would be perfect. The pants were a little short, but it added to his costume. Also, the hat was a little small, but my son has a larger head. Overall it was a great costume! He loved wearing it, and he received many compliments when he was tricker treating. HIs sister wore the girl version. They both looked really cute. I would def recommend this costume to a friend.

I bought this for an average skinny sized two year old who usually wears 24mos to 2t. The 2T size was about 5 inches too short. He wouldnt wear the hat with the beard. And upon arrival the hat had a hole where it was not stitched properly. It is a cute costume though and would have like to have seen my son wear it. Just wish it was made to to fit the size correctly and better quality.

I was so excited to get this costume for my son who will be 1 in November. We ordered an 18 month, because we thought that the 12 month might be a little snug since he's already wearing 12 month clothing. The 18 month is starting to seem snug and we still have a month until Halloween! I'm really hoping that he doesn't grow much or any in the next month because I will be really disappointed if I have to go out last minute and find another costume that all the other kids in town will be wearing. This one is unique and he'll probably be the only garden gnome around! Hoping it will still fit...

We saw this in the Buy Costumes catalog early in the season, and knew this had to be the costume for our 1.5 year old! Everyone we passed couldn't help but laugh or smile. I was also pleased with how well our son did with the beard.

Because my husband and I both think garden gnomes are hilarious, we immediately fell in love with the infant/toddler Garden Gnome costume from buycostumes.com. I was worried that our 9-month old wouldn't wear the beard, but when Halloween rolled around he was a trooper, posing for pictures in our flower bed and charming all the trick-or-treaters. Pictures of him in his costume have gotten the most amazing reaction from friends, family, and acquaintances. My only regret is that the costume doesn't grow bigger as he does. If it did, I think he'd probably be a garden gnome for the next two or three Halloweens.
