Title: Sizing is off but Quality is great!

The "standard" size claims to fit women who are sizes 12-14 and weigh only 135 to 145 lbs. Ladies, don't let that stop you from trying this costume! The red gown is polyester and forgiving (I wear a 14/16 and it hugged so well that I would wear it out in public if polyester were classier. Truly, it was GREAT on!). The kimono overlaps fairly well despite my bosom (hardest part to fit, 38C/D) and thanks to the gold cumberbund, it doesn't really matter if there's a small gap. If I weighed what the costume calls for, I would SWIM in the entire costume so if you are a Misses 14-18, you can probably pull off the standard size easily...skip the Plus.

Title: "Geisha" costume looks good

"Geisha" implies Japanese, but the fabric and design are clearly more Chinese in origin but WHO CARES! The kit is complete with wig and fan; looks great!
