Just recieved this costume about 2wks ago. The skirting is not as full and dense as shown in the picture! It was a few straggly looking peices placed unevenly around the waist! I'm very disappointed in the quality of this dress! Definitly not what I was expecting, I'd have probably had better luck shopping at a dollar store as to get this dress!

My 5 year old just fits the 4-6. She normally wears 4 or 5T. It is a bit short, but I bought the black footless tights to wear under it. The strips are pretty wrinkled, and one of them had the bottom sewn into the waist so there was a big gap right in the front. I agree with others that the hat is a bit small. My daughter has a really small head (fit's baby and toddler hats) and it JUST fit her, it wouldn't pull down and fell off alot, fine for pictures tho!!

The tutu was totally wrinkled, and the overall quality of the upper part of the dress was horrible. I sent it right back.

This actually came to me damaged so I ended up returning it; however, it is a very cute costume. My complaint with it is that the hat is way way way too small. I am not sure who this hat would fit other than an infant. The quality is really only marginal at best but again, it is a fun costume and again, at a sale price, it is decent - esp if you already have a witch hat.

I bought this costume for my 2 1/2 year old because it was very pretty for a witch costume and very reasonably priced. She looked very cute in it! I actually bought her a size up because she is very tall and I was afraid the skirt would be too short. The costume fit her perfectly but the skirt was still a little skimpy and barely there under the layers of tulle so I dressed her in black pants underneath the skirt. I also dressed her in a black shirt underneath the dress just to keep her warm. The hat fit perfectly too. The only downside was that it says to hand wash it and I thought if I washed it in the delicate cycle it would be fine...but it wasn't...all the sequins fell off the skirt. I should have listened to the tag!
