I am 5'7" and the suit fit me quite well. Pros: Lifelike enough, I liked the hands and feet. I won scariest costume and funniest costume alongside my girlfriend as a banana. Cons: Hair from the costume was being shed constantly and is still all over my apartment. The suit is very hot so unless it's below 60 degrees F it becomes very uncomfortable with the mask on after about 10 minutes. Super-Con: The mask was in no way wearable without modification. The shape of it had it literally poking me in the eye constantly until I modified it by cutting out some plastic with scissors. Overall I was pleased with my purchase.
