I ordered this costume way early for halloween, and ended up being 7 months pregnant (suprise!) by the time halloween came around. Luckily, this costume is really flowy in the bodice and looked amazing on a prego gal!! The only problem is that the arm decorations were too long, so I had to cut them, and the front was so low cut I had to safety pin it to keep from falling out! But other than that, it was beautiful and I got a ton of compliments!!

Multi-purpose Costume

I purchased this costume the week of Halloween. Product arrived day before my party and was a perfect match to my vision. I went as Medusa, but this costume is versatile and could be repurposed. I wear a size 4/6 in real clothes - ordered the Small which was marked as a 6/8. I don't know how someone who is truly a size 8 could fit into this dress. Runs a little small. Arm bands were fabulous, but you need more biceps than I had to hold them up. So you need to be really small with huge biceps to properly fit the dress? Like a gymnist I guess? Anyways, great costume, perfect for Halloween party.

This costume is lovely on but the scarf's on the arms need trimmed or tripping may be a problem. Needed a few stitches to fix the elastic on the armbands but only took a minute to fix. Worn with a curly wig looks great and is very comfortable to ware!! Quality of materials used is good the gold is soft and quite thick so you cant see through it and the beads for your hair finish it of nicely!!

I love this dress; I got it a a discount price and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. With other flimsy costumes, I fear that the stitches will come undone halfway through the night, but not this! I also love the versatility of this dress; for instance I could use this for a medusa costume one night, and a cleopatra costume the next. :D I'm 5'0, 120lbs and a C cup. The chest area is low cut but not so revealing as to make you uncomfortable, and the length hits right at my knee. It fits sexy, but in a very classy way. The fabric from the arm bands unfortunately falls all the way to the floor, but I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem for someone over 5'3.
