I was worried that this costume would be too small since I tried on some plus size costumes at Party City and found them a little too snug. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find this one fitting perfectly. The fabric is soft and smooth, unlike most cheap costume fabric that gets itchy and hot. I also love the stretchiness of the material; I'm sure other plus-size girls would agree that stretchy fabrics work much better on our bodies. I normally wear a jeans size 16 or 18, depending on the brand. The bust is perfect - it doesn't show the top of my bra (although the straps are visible; wear a strapless or tuck your straps in) and it reveals just enough skin. The only iffy thing about it is the length; it looks just a hair too long at the front, which I can live with, but due to the size of my butt it rides up in the back; I have to wear some bloomers underneath. This costume is a little pricey, but it's definitely worth it!

overall the costume is really cute on, and the top is big enough to cover my chest (unlike the large size i tried on in the store). i'm a 38/40 E/F depending on brand and it has good coverage but still shows a off enough :) however, i'm only 5'4'' and the waist is pretty long. the part that should hit at my waist sits below a couple inches, so it looks a little weird and bunchy on the zipper, but not weird enough not to wear. the lacing on the sides is adjustable so ill make it tighter to fit better. i do like that the dress is a little longer so it covers my behind without showin my business to the world if i need to bend over. lol i put a petticoat under it so it doesnt look too long. the head scarf is wide enough to wrap on my head and looks so cute with my hair done curly like the picture.

I purchased this costume for a friends party last year. it was great lots of praze was given. if i might just suggest getting a size up, I'm a Australian size 16 and purchased the 1XL-2XL, andfound that the waist section does cling. only downfall is that the skirt part on this costume comes large. and the belt need a little taking up so that the skirt was visable. but all in all great costume =]

I really enjoyed this costume. It was exactly what I wanted. The fabric was soft, so it was comfortable the whole night. It was a little pricey, but well worth it.

I cant say enough about this costume. When I saw it I was so excited to order it. When I wore it to a Halloween Bash people kept coming up to me and saying "WOW! Sexy-Gorgeous!" all night. I purchased the 1x/2x and my measurements are bust 44, waist 40 and hips 45. I would say that I fit this costume to its maximum measurements and I also wore a Va Bien Full Figure Long Line Bustier Bra 513 under it (make sure you buy your correct sizing of the Va Bien- measure to be sure) - this undergarment does absolute wonders for the full busted lady - is quite comfortable and can go under ANYTHING that you need some cinching,uplift and to wear strapless in. With this costume you are also able to tighten up the side ribbons to make it a custom fit so I wouldnt recommend a waist larger than the 40 inches. I was wearing probably what would be the largest measurement in both the bust area and waist areas - any more than that and it would have been too tight, uncomfortable and exposing. I also purchsed a plus size petticoat to wear under it and added a belly dancing hip scarf to it so that I could jingle all night. The scarf is not necessary however, the costume is gorgeous exactly the way it is!!
