Nice costume but to large

We bought an extra small but it is huge. I can make it work but I am a little disappointed in the size. My son really likes the costume so it was a great buy for this Halloween.

Halo 3 costume

In the Picture the costume looks different. In person the helmet does not cover the whole head and is slightly duller then what it appears. The chest plate is rather stiff and does not state halo or really show any of the armor like in the picture. Overall Its a sturdy quality costume and my son can wear it over and over again. for the price it is good.

Ok if your are a GIANT

After reading some other reviews, I purchased this costume for my 9 year old son who is obsessed with Halo. Just 2 days ago he got his school physical & in height & weight he was in the 89th percentile & 91st percentile (so not exacltly a puny kid), well I wonder how those parents who have purchased this for their kids & given positive reviews actually made it work! The "XS" looked ridiculous on my son, even with a grandma as a seamstress, there is no way this costume will work & look "normal". As a joke, my 6 foot 1, 185 pounds husband tried it on & it fit like a glove, not exactly my idea of an "XS". Everyone is entitled to their own opinion & mine is, don't be mislead by some pictures & reviews where a child is wearing this costume. My poor 9 year old was crushed & now I am looking for a way to "rig" something up as there is no such thing as a childs size Halo costume. Not to be completely negative, the costume did come quickly & another costume purchased for my other son was great, so not a total flop of an experience!
