First of all I am a BIG Halo 3 Fan, but this costume is not worth all the money. For one the jumpsuit is EXTREMELY hot, and when you put all the plastic on forget about moving around. Second, ONLY one size??? If you are like me and are semi obese this will not fit you.

This costume is awesome and will catch the attention of everyone on the street. You get hard (but thin) plastic instead of the cheap foam. The helmet is the deluxe one that has lights, not the two-piece one. However, this is clearly designed for a fat person and it will be very loose. The jumpsuit is nice and thick and is clearly high-quality. The armor will hold things in place and the looseness wouldn't be too much of a problem, but you can't help but wonder why they didn't include some more armor (namely the inner thighs and upper arms), since everything is velcroed on. Gloves are included as a separate piece and they are pretty low quality. It includes the same high quality plastic and rivet job, but otherwise it's pretty bad. I'd prefer something that fastens onto the jumpsuit, and with more detail on the fingers and palm. A major problem is that there is no way for you to use the toilet. I suppose you can cut a hole behind the codpiece, though. Finally, it is very difficult to put this on by yourself. Get your friend (or girlfriend) to help you. Remember that the Master Chief had to have a whole team of technicians to put on his armor for him, so it's almost the same case here. If you come home drunk in the armor, good luck getting it off.

Ok so... to be honest when i opened the box and pulled everything out i was kinda dissapointed. why? I expected i little more then cheap plastic for the armour as i did pay $1000 after it was all said and done and some straps were missing on the leg pieces and the left hand glove was already falling apart! this costume needs a zipper in the front!!!!! the lights on my helmet kept falling off! The riviting on the belt pieces broke after about 1 hours and all i was doing was standing. However the wow factor was unbelievable ! i couldn't go ten feet in the bar with out 10 people asking if i would be in a pictue with them. Iwas a celebrity! people are all over you. I was a huge hit everywhere i went even tho i was missing half my costume cause it broke as soon as i took it out of the box. Overall not good quality for the price you pay but fun factor Is Amazing

I looked @ many sites for information & called many .The lady I spoke w/was extremely nice & very very helpful.She was very truthful & honest about the different Master Chief Helmets.The other persons I spoke with on other sites had no knowledge of these helmets.I was going to buy the $39.99 helmet, after her product information I bought the $99.99 one I'm so glad I,it is worth the difference in price.My grandson is 8yrs. old & this was a helmet he would be playing with.The other helmets from information I received from this lady & other reviews I had read on other sites they were very flimsy & came apart.The construction of this helmet is great & won't be coming apart..Buy costumes is the best site to use for your purchase .The people know about their products, give you the best service & I also was given a coupon.The delivery was great & very inexpensive.I will buy from them again.I never write a review & a long one@ that, the service I received was excellent,I had to let buyers know.I hpoe this is helpful.

Bought one of these last year for halloween. stunning suit of armour with huge wow factor! All my friends and their kids jaws dropped.. You will really stand out from the crowd and make most other costumes look poor in this. The LED lights in the helmet are a brilliant touch. Only complaints I have are the fact there is no zip in front so you cannot go to the bathroom. There is no way of sewing one in either and it takes between 30 and 45 minutes to put the costume on so if you're wearing it..drink very little. thats easier said than done. It's small sacrifice for looking amazing though.. Also is the side pouches on the belt won't stay on with their supplied clips. I remedied this easily though by drilling holes in them and attaching them to the belt with screws. You can see your face through the helmet too which is really disappointing but that is easily remedied by sticking a small pre-cut piece of gold car window tint film to the inside of the visor. If you're a small or thin person this is not for you, it is for a big man! I'm 6ft 2 and stocky. it only just fits with lots of room to spare. if I was smaller it wouldn't fit.
