The hands were not true to the sizing chart. They are too small so I will be going to Wal-Mart to get another pair for my son.

My son loves these. They are a little stiff at first but he's getting them broke-in in no time. Only wish they would have made the rest of the dementer costume with this type of rubber.

The dementor hands are a big hit! As other reviewers noted, they run on the small side. My average-sized 7-year-old son's hands are too big for them. They don't even reach his wrists. They fit my 4- and 5-year-olds perfectly...though I don't know how many kids that age want to run around in a dementor costume. My son wears them even though they don't fit - he thinks they're the coolest thing ever (although they make his hands sweat). If I had to do it again, I'd get the adult size. Better too big than too little.

I bought these for my 8-year-old to go with his Dementor costume. They fit perfectly, although he has small hands for his age. They look like they will be very durable and are easy for him to keep on.

Overall these were a great addition to my son's costume this year. The only trouble was that they do seem to seem to run a little small. He is 11 and they are a really tight fit. Maybe I should have bought the adult size, but I thought they would be too big. Next time I will buy both and return the ones that don't fit. Once they are on they look great..
