I found this pinhead costume online after wanting to go as pinhead for Halloween for some time. I was very happy with my purchase. I wore the costume to a Halloween party and won the "scariest costume" award. It was a hit! Some people at the party couldn't help from touching the mask to see if the nails were real or if the bloody chest piercings were real too. Quite fun, and I think some people were actually a little freaked out by it. A few things I did to customize the mask: I cut the teeth out of the mask so that I could drink without taking the mask off; I padded the mask with plastic shopping bags so that it would fit me better; I put laces on the back of the mask to keep the back closed; and I cut the eyes a little larger to improve my vision. None of the modifications took away from the visual aspects of the mask. If you want a costume that really does the trick for Halloween, this one is a good one.

I only got one "glove" American size is´nt the same as european sizes (my own fault) i orderd Large and i think that was two sizes to big.

The costume was amazing! Old school Hellraiser fans loved the realistic look of the entire costume. The zip up suit material was comfortable. The mask can be hot and stuffy if you have to be inside a crowded and hot room. But you have to expect that with any latex mask, right? The size was a little big for me. I'm 5'11" and about 185 pounds and the large was actually kinda big on me but roomy. Otherwise, I had a blast wearing the costume for Halloween, until I had to put it away. I would definitely recommend this particular costume to anyone who wants to try it. You'll have a heck of a time... pun intended.
