We were very happy with the outcome of the costumes. My daughters (2) and I were dressed as witches. We had a contest at my work (a college) and I won two first place prizes for my costume.

Defective & cheap substitutes

This costume obviously WAS gorgeous and good quality in the past, but now has tacky & clashing hot pink metallic material for front lacing placket and cheap mismatched sheer spider-print hat, tagged for separate sale. Mine also was missing 4 inches of gold trim at front of bodice - it just ran out too soon. A shame, because the rest of the dress is mouthwatering but all the defects are front & center.

This was my first costume from buy costumes.com...i was very happy with the quality, material and fit. It was very comfortable and true to size. The hat kept falling off but that was okay, i've never found a witch hat that fit perfect. If you are looking for a sexy costume this is not it...it's all about comfort and warmth in this costume!

lots of stretch

i've actually had this costume for a couple yrs. i'm 5'9" & the length fell an inch or 2 above my ankles. the fabric attached to the elastic on the arms is a little scratchy. i'm lg-chested & the seam fell somewhat higher than i liked, just above the middle of my breasts. overall it's very comfortable, w/ lots of stretch, no fussing w/ grommets, lacing, boning. & yes, the colors are very pretty, shiny. i enjoy wearing it.

Great Buy!

I was so pleased with this purchase. The gown itself exceeded my expectations. It has alot of nice detail and sparkle accents that you can't see on the photo that was a nice suprise. The hat was a typical costume hat. Over all I was very happy with my costume. I can't wait to wear it!
