Take the advice I took, and skip buying the Indiana Jones' "outfit". This hat and whip were very good quality. My son is an average size 9 year old and the hat fit him. It was a little big, but I can't imagine the kid's size fitting him at all. If you're dressing up as Indiana, buy this hat and whip, buy your own button down khaki shirt, use your own khaki pants, and you're set!

I ordered the adult set for my 7 year old as his head doesn't tend to fit things made for kids his size. The hat was not a huge fit on him, but I glued some folded material around the inside to make it a little more snug and it was perfect. Hat was good quality and my son loved it! The whip was ok - a little rough on the hands and doesn't really "whip" - which is actually a plus for us, as I don't want him whipping things anyway! Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase and my boy is so excited for Halloween now that he has a "real Indy hat".
