Upon receiving my shipment I inflated the cooler and noticed the flag on the mast was facing in the opposite direction as the picture on the packaging showed. I called customer service and without hesitation was told a replacement would be sent out without any shipping charges. I received it in two days! The prompt, courteous and professional customer service from BuyCostumes is second to none!

Bought two pirate ship inflatable coolers for a "Jake and the Neverland Pirates" party. They looked great and held alot of drinks and a ton of ice! Even now that the party is over the kids still love playing with them! Great items for a pirate party. Shipping was very fast. Thanks!

Worked perfect for holding our drinks, really good size. Its well made and looked great at the Halloween Party. Got lots of compliments on it.

It's nice, holds several beverages and like anything inflatable it's prone to leaks...
