The costume was great except for the mask/hood. When my son wore it on Halloween it only lasted about10 minutes before the plastic part on the inside of the mask that held the little lights for the eyes came apart and fell out. The rest of the costume was great, the size was perfect, and the order was delivered very fast. My only complaint was in the mask, which was really the main reason my son wanted the costume in the first place. He loves Star Wars and loves the jawas, but without the eyes to light up he was very disappointed. I would still buy from Buycostumes.com, however, because this is the first time ever that anything has happened to a costume, and I've been buying costumes from this website for years.

My son loves his costume! The eyes light up which makes it very cool. Great for your little Star Wars fan!

I thought this costume looked very close to the picture, and the eyes worked great! Unfortunately, the mask did not fit my son at all. He found it very uncomfortable, so we sent it back. The only thing I didn't like, other than the mask fit, was that the belts did not go all the way around, but only were attached to the front by velcro. Other than that, it was a cute costume. I wish it would have worked!

My 8 year old son just had to have this Jawa costume "with the light up eyes", so I relented. The only positive comment I have is that the delivery was prompt. This $40 costume was made with cheap fabric, velcroed embellishments (front only) and the biggest dissappointment of all...the light up eyes didn't work. It seems that the plastic lined mask was so poorly constructed that it pushed against the power switch and depleted the "non-replaceable" battery. With no time to exchange it and futile attempts at fixing it, my son will use a good old-fashioned homemade costume!
