Title: Need to point something out...

I have this costume and absolutely love it. I bought it a few years ago and was curious to see what others thought of it, so I started reading the reviews. At first I was confused b/c several people said their dress came without the halter strap. However, mine had it, so I was wondering if later in production they had changed it. But they didn't. The ribbon that people are thinking is to tie around the back is meant to be brought up along the sides of the bust in front of the shoulders to tie around the neck halter style. You can actually see it in the picture if you move the mouse over the section to magnify. I am large busted also, and this did hide my bra straps when I wore it with a halter style bra. It also helped keep everything in place so to speak. It is a great fun costume, and I wouldn't want anyone to miss wearing it because they thought the ribbon was a back tie, when really it is the halter tie. I hope you all enjoy it!

Title: very pretty but.........

After reading other reviews and looking at the pictures I had to have this costume. It is a very cute costume. The colors are very bright and the idea with the candy corn theme is to cute. However I was dissapointed with both the sizing and the material of this costume. From reading the other reviews I thought I would be okay, but man was this small on me. I am a more busty girl and I just could not zip this up all the way. Maybe I would have been better off with the plus. Also I was suprised to find that the material was very thin gauzy cotton. The white part of the top was very see through. If you live somewhere that gets cold in October it might not be enough to keep you warm. Last but not least, the web picture shows what looks like halter style straps on the top. I thought I would be able to use them to hide bras straps, but my costume did not come with these. I really love the look of this costume and wish it would have worked. Ah well, if you are thin and less busty it looks amazing. Like I said, I might just try the plus and see how that works.
