Alright this was definitely a hit but I did have to alter the top. The top that originally came in the package was way to tight and made the cupcakes off track. So I headed to Walmart and picked up a blue bra, removed the cupcakes, and hot glued them to the blue bra. It worked!

I used the sizing chart and fit perfect! I'm 5'8'' 140lbs and a medium was perfect size. The only thing that was kind of disappointed was the quality of the costume it wasn't all that great. Had a great time wearing it, was very unique and everyone wanted to take pictures with Katy Perry

To begin with I love Katy Perry and her sense of style and could not wait to wear this costume for halloween. Upon receiving the top and shorts though, I was very disappointed. The shorts weren't all that bad they fit my body fine, but they looked cheap and the glitter fell off very easily. As far as the top I was very disappointed It looks NOTHING like the picture shown. The cupcakes are made of cheap material that is easily damaged/cracked. The bow in the middle was upside down and it looked like someone had torn it. Also the amount of material between the cupcakes is not as much as shown in the picture. I really wanted this to be an awesome product because I am such a fan of everything Katy Perry, but as I said I was very disappointed. Although, the wig you can buy with the product was awesome and in very good condition I had no complaints about that at all. I certainly would not pay the stated price for this costume, I probably would have paid a quarter of that price but nothing more.
This costume was just awful. I don't even know where to begin. The shorts have a silver lining around the top that digs into the skin, so even though the shorts were large (I'm a size 2-4 and ordered the M because I have a DD top--problem since the bra and the shorts aren't sold separately) the lining makes them feel smaller and pooches out the skin--very unappealing and unattractive. The top fit over a bra, but was WAY to wide around the bottom--not adjustable at all. I tried tying the bottom strap in a knot, but it just doesn't work. The costume is just poorly made--glitter got all over my bathroom. didn't like any part of it. Ended up making my own and it was freaking awesome! I'd recommend just doing it yourself. Don't buy this--total waste of money.
you are better off just making your own bc thats what i ended up doing after receiving this piece of junk in the mail. cheap NASTY product!
