  • Cute but cheap

    This costume is adorable!!! My 7 year old LOVED it! She was Katy Perry for Halloween and we made this work by adding some jewels to the bottom graphic print with fabric glue. Be warned that it is made very cheap, I had to sew the belt together because the thread was separating upon arrival, which is why I gave it 3 stars. I would absolutely purchase it again though.
