This costume is very pretty and flattering. I really enjoyed wearing it and would have given it high marks had the top layer of the suede top not completely shredded. The skirt is very nice. I'll just have to buy a corset to match it. Note- the skirt has no zipper, so if you have wide hips or bust, you may have an issue getting it on.

Figure Flattering!

This is so shapely! It gives you an hourglass. I'm so surprised at how sexy I look! I'm not typically comfortable with the "sexy" costumes, but this one flatters the heck out of you. size note: It runs a tad large. I am 5'5" and typically an 8-10 dress, ordered an M and it fits. Normally I would order L. If you have thick arms and BIG bust, don't order smaller though-top is fitted. Arm ribbons scratchy! tiebacks fall off the skirt, but it looks better with them untied. You can make this a cavalier, pirate, maiden, etc. Add poet blouse underneath, tricorn hat and you're a buccaneer! Love this. Skirt very nice weight and drape. Bodice feels like vinyl inside, but looks velvety so no one will know but you. I love this even though I'm very picky!

Perfect for Occasion

This was a good costume to wear to a Ren Faire and also a costume party. It seems like all adult "costumes" are a bit too skimpy for my curves and I'm not of the age to be showing them off so this was perfect. Better quality than I expected. Didn't care for the gold ribbons on the arms and skirt which looked a little costumy- I might replacce them with something prettier but overall, good quality - nice thick skirt didn't need a slip.

False Sizing

I am a size 2 and the XS is supposed to fit sizes 2-4. I could not get the skirt even up my legs and I have a very small body frame... after I measured.. the waist of the skirt was 7 inches too small. Not true to size AT ALL. The skirt is made really well, and I love it. The top is cheaply made and is very itchy. Returning this outfit ASAP.

Fun Costume

The costume is a great idea, but it is a little hot when it is about 100 degree outside. The top fit good around the waist, but the top area did not. The shirt was a great fit, but still a little hot.
