We ordered this to go with the Lady Liberty costume and it surpassed our expectations. Great quality for the price!

The light up torch was lightweight for a child and illuminated well. Kids loved it!

I used this touch as a prop at a Drama Cast Party. The bulb in the torch is dim in daylight, but I'm sure if you were using it as a costume accessory on Halloween the lumen power of the bulb would be fine in dim light.
