I bought this for my boyfriend, and just like the other reviews stated, the mane isnt enough. Instead of wearing it on his head, we pulled it down so it was just around his neck and painted his face.. it actually looked pretty good! and super comfortable

Costume ends up looking nothing like picture. Mainly because the mask/mane is so flat from shipping that there is no way to get it to take its intended shape. Also the way it is made is in error. I was deeply disappointed!!!

This costume is a good foundation only, be prepared to make improvements. The first problem was the back is wide open except for a string tie at the top. I had my friend so in a zipper. The next issue was that only 3 of the 4 hand and foot cuffs were sent, so we had to find fake fur to sew the fourth. The next issue was the hood wasn't nearly as full as the picture showed, so we used bought some fake fur to add some layers. The next issue was that the hood had no ears, so we sewed on some ears. Then the costume was just right, and works great with the recommend lion face painting kit. The costume is also not too hot which is nice.

Bought this for my husband (6'5", 235 lbs) because we needed a lion costume and couldn't find any that were cute in an XL- all of them were "one size fits all" which wouldn't work for a big guy. It fits and looks good, but if he lifts his arms, it becomes more of a "camel" costume than a lion costume, if you catch my drift. A little short in the stride. It'll work for one night. The fur sheds like crazy, but if you go outside (DON'T do this in the house!!!) and spend a few minutes brushing the fur around, it'll brush out most of the loose fuzzies and fluff it out.

This product is true money for value. The sizing is a little on the small size so order one size bigger than normal, because it an elasticised wrist & feet jumpsuit you have plenty room to pull up - but better to get bigger to allow crotch room. The only thing is the headpiece is not as full or elaborate as pictured but I pegged it up a night before wearing to give it a fuller look. Matched with the cat makeup set it was an awesome look & comfortable too.
