this costume was smaller than expected and too stiff. my son ultimately wouldn't wear it and we had to order him something else.

The costume came without the battery pack for the lite-up chest piece. I called customer service, and they shipped me another costume...no questions asked. My son loved this costume, and I was very pleased with the quality, as well as the awesome customer service. I will definitely order from them again.

The quality, comfort and appearance was excellent. The only negative was the hard plastic mask rubbed the bridge of my sons nose a little bit but we fixed that with a light fabric under the mask. But, the review of this product is the joy my 6 year old son had in trying it on, showing everyone in the family and his friends at school, The excitment and joy on his face made this worth every penny, the light up suit was a great safety feature and added to the overall effect of the costume, It was so realistic, that his friends at school thought he ripped the slashes in the chest padding. it was fabulous.

I ordered 2 of these costumes for my grandchildren for Halloween. They both were supposed to be the same size but one was 6 inches longer than the other. There were no directions for the light up mechanism and one had gone through the pouch and had to be located. I had some sewing to do to make these work. Also, from the picture, it appeared as if the mask was of material. It was a plastic mask and dug into the grandchildren's noses.

My son cannot wait to wear this for Halloween. It is so realistic. I bought it early because I had a feeling that this costume would sell out fast.
