This costume is very good quality as far as inexpensively priced costumes go. As another reviewer mentioned, there is a hoop skirt under the chiffon fabric layer to help keep the shape. The jackets is well embroidered, and the collar stays up with some help. Its still a little droopy, but still not too bad. The petal like skirt portion is attached to the gold "belt". I bought this in the 4-6 yr old size for my 3 year old and it fits her pretty well. Its a bit long, and the sleeves on the jacket need to be rolled, but with a few adjustments, I think it will work just fine. I also am happy its a bit on the bigger side since it means i can probably re-use it another year. I am using it as a lookalike Glinda costume, and this was the closest I could find - short of the actual Glinda one which I found a bit expensive, and not quite as nice looking - this has a more poufy skirt which is the best part of Glinda's look IMHO. I am pairing it with a gold wand and gold tiara as shown. Granted its not going to be quite the replica from the movie that way, but I think people will get it once they see her walking around with the wicked witch, scarecrow and Dorothy :)

I just received my daughter costume and it is exactly what you see. Just as I was wishing for. This costume is true to size and is well made. It doesn't look cheap like the princess costumes you find in your local stores. You get more than you paid for! Last year my daughter won her school halloween contest with the Queen of Heart costume from buy costume look's like she will be a winner again this year THANKS BUY COSTUMES.COM SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!
