    Cute costume! Def need a tank top underneath. Probably also need leggings or tights b/c it is pretty short. The boots are adorable too. Overall very pleased.

    Perfectly satisfied. Worn to both a Halloween dance and out trick-or-treating (the latter with a turtleneck underneath). It's a little short, but is designed as a mini skirt. It was still acceptable for a wearer at 5' 4", but probably no taller. It was fun to have a group of 5 friends going together each in a different color.
