Some say to survive it, you need to be as mad as a hatter!” Become the maddest character of all in this elite authentic Mad Hatter costume from Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland! It includes a pink collared shirt with white lace cuffs and an attached green plaid vest, a faux crushed velvet brown jacket with an oversized collar, and dark purple pinstriped cropped pants with floral embroidery. To top off this mad look, this costume also includes a classic Mad Hatter dark green hat, with a wide gold band, a “10/6” printed card, and a wig with fiery red hair.

  • Colorful, a little overpriced

    This is a colorful, fun costume. Definitely better to have the shirt, tie, vest, and jacket as separate pieces rather than a jacket with "faux attached" shirt and vest. That being stated, you could probably go to a discount store and buy the parts separately for the price. Having the wig and hat (and getting an additional discount) makes it worth it. When I ordered it, the size was called "XL", but by the time I received it, Buy Costumes had changed the description to "Standard/XL". At 6'4", 235 (usually "plus size"), it was a little small, but I managed. Better for 6', 200. Especially the vest was too short. The pants fit fine but were not much different from the quality of the inexpensive version. Hint: if you can't find pink or purple socks, try women's tights - any size works. Overall, it was fun and different and it was worth the effort.

  • like most other reviews, pant on this will rip about one minute after you putt them on-poorly made. Rest of costume is ok, but not worth the price.

  • poor quality

    I have bought a lot of costumes from this company, but this had to be the worst quality the seems were miss steched or tore when recieved on both the pants and the shirt

    Unique costume!The price is a little on the high side, but if you can get a discount, its worth it.For those that are wondering about the tag on the hat, supposedly it is a price tag for the cost of the hat when the British used sixpence.
