This is a good costume. It is really beautiful. People stopped me in the streets to take photos of me. The only things that was not great was the head piece; it never really stayed up quite right. But overall, this is a good costume. I would recommend it.

Beautiful costume

i wasnt sure at first when I purchased it because I am plus sized. I had ordered the largest it came so that it would fit. I lucked out and it did but was a bit snug. However it was still comfortable and beautiful. When I wore it, everyone complimented. It made my 5 year anniversary party with a theme of medieval murder mystery more awesome! I won the best dressed award. Also I was able to get professional pictures taken with it. The dress was elegant, comfortable and worth every penny. Loved it!!!!

Costume made for a princess. Lovely detail. Good quality. Sturdy, well stitched. Worth the cost. Very easy to alter.

Versatile!

This is a nice costume that will work for both Renaissance (with the head piece) as well as 18th century without the head piece. The fabric quality is decent and the workmanship is good. My only complaint is that the hem (skirt and sleeves) is left serged, not actually hemmed giving the garment an unfinished look close up. I bought the adult small and the sizing appears to be true to size.

Buy Costumes are fantastic and I will be buying from them again. I live in a small rural town in Western Australia and I received my costumes within 7 days of ordering them, I can't get stuff from Eastern Australia that quick!!! I have seen this costume in other online stores being sold for three times the price I paid for it. The total cost of my costumes plus shipping ended up being only about ten bucks more than others paid to hire theirs. This costume is gorgeous and I received many comments on it at our ball last night. The material is very elegant. I am only 5'2" tall and I needed heels a couple of inches high to keep it off the ground. I am also a large busted Australian size 16-18 and purchased a Large size and it fitted beautifully as the material in the bodice does have some give in it. I will be recommending Buy Costumes to my friends as their service, pricing and quality are first rate.
