Great costume, especially for the price. I think while the quality is not superior, its great for what you're paying. I am a 34C, wear a size 4, about 120-125lbs and a small fit perfectly. A petticoat is not needed, but adds a little more to it. I haven't decided if I'm wearing it this year, but I think its really cute and my husband loved it :)

Fantastic costume

Very easy on the budget and the costume was gorgeous. My co-workers and friends all loved it. I don't have a particularly easy time walking around in heels so I purchased a pair of flat-heed boots which went well with this :)

First, this costume is lovely. Good quality. Nice detail. BUT...I wear a size 2 in a lot of things. 4 max in other items. I read the reviews and ordered a medium. Holy smokes. couldn't get it zipped all the way up. I am a 34C so I didn't think I needed a large. Oh well. Sad though because I bought the whole costume, hat, petticoat and all and now I am returning the whole thing.

Good All Around!

I had the greatest time with this costume! It was so much fun. Even though I bought it last year I didn't get a chance to wear it 'cause I chose to wear something else. When I bought this it was a size large, and I fit a size large then, but now I'm a size medium. I could've fit this costume perfectly, but this year it left quite a bit of room around the middle so I had to take it in to make it fit. There's no need for a petticoat, but if you want a fuller look a nice short white tutu is optional. I paired my pirate costume w/ a skull dagger, some really charming silver earrings that looks like a skull dangling in the center of a rope noose, and over the knee black boots.
