Super sexy!! but faulty lights and over sized

I had so much fun with this costume! It has a leathery look to it, which adds to the sexiness. But...the sizing is definitely off. I'm a size 7, so I usually buy medium. After reading the reviews I ordered a small and it was almost perfect, even still a little loose. Though I'm pretty sure it's made that way so you can slip into it without ruining the wires for the lights on the bones. I did not leave the lights on for long periods of time, I just turned it on for a few seconds then I'd turn it off. And after the 7th time of turning it on, the bottom half (pelvic bone area) stopped lighting up. But it was fine with me since I didnt exactly turn the lights on really. The lights flicker/blink! So in a dark party you'll definitely stand out like a mini strobe light haha The cape was nice, didn't wear the hood oh and it did come with the accesory scythe, which was cute too. (i didnt use it)

Fun Costume

This costume was definitely a steal! The $22 is well worh it. I agree with the other reviews though that the material is stiff and does not hug you. The lights can be annoying also because they constantly flash, but I'm still eager to wear it to all of my Halloween events coming up. I was also impressed that it included batteries already installed plus an extra set.

Not Accurately Represented By Photo

When I first saw the picture of this costume my impression was that: (1) the dress was a smooth spandex-like material and (2) when lit up there would be a blue glow as pictured. Both of these assumptions are incorrect. The dress is actually a pleather-like material and the lights flicker constantly when turned on. I was really expecting a dress like in the picture however it is still very cute and workable. I ordered a medium per the weight listed on the package(120-140 lbs). I am 138 pounds and this dress is actually a little loose on me. Thank goodness the dress came with additional clear plastic straps! Overall, a good costume for the price. Hopefully this review will give you a better idea of what you'll really be receiving.

Sooo disappointed

I have nothing negative to say about buycostumes.com because they have fast shipping and a great supply of Halloween decorations. The costume itself was perfect when I first bought it and tried it on. It fit perfect and it lit up and looked awesome. I was excited to stand out at the costume parties. As my bad luck would have it, as soon as I was ready to leave for the parties, the costume stopped lighting up all the way, and only half worked, so then I just looked weird. I changed the batteries with the extra set the costume came with and it still didn't work!! I was so mad, so I wore something less "flashy" that night. Lesson learned. Don't wear something that has wires in it!!

Too big & Cheap

The small was too big (I'm about a size 2), the material was cheap, and the lights flash instead of staying on. Also, the skeleton design is crooked on the dress. I am disappointed and sending this product back.
