This item is great for a cop/ref/coach costume, 25 cents is a great deal! I bought a very similar one from a dollar store that was much smaller & flimsier. Can't go wrong with this!

These whistles were shipped as promised. I ordered 15 of them, and I was so worried that one or two would be missing. In fact, ALL of them were safely packaged and each of them were individually wrapped in a plastic bag. I had an event on Thursday (11-20-2008) at my school (GA State University), and ALL my colleagues loved it. You get MORE than what you pay for! For 25 cents...you can't beat that!
