  • Glad I bought it!

    This hat is so cute! All of my friends wanted to know where I bought it. Just wish I had ordered more to give as Halloween party favors for my friiends. It has an invisible elastic band to secure to your head and the brim has wire so you can shape it. It looks funny on an adults head and cute on my dog!
