This Deluxe Minnie Mouse Adult Costume includes a black, off the shoulder velvety bodice attached to a red polka-dotted skirt with a sheer overlay, Minnie Mouse cameo brooch (not pictured on website-can be easily removed), and Minnie Mouse headband with ears and bow. Petticoat underskirt is made from stiff starched fiber and can be pulled and smoothed to give the skirt some POOF!
