I start shopping for Halloween through BuyCostumes usually in July and this year iI started with the Monster with a heart & brain hat costume. i found it on clearance and had an extra 40 % off. For the price, I couldn't pass it up. I am going to use it for a life size monster I am making for our mad scientist set up this Halloween.

This is a really nice costume. The one-size size didn't fit me personally (standard size rarely does). I bought it because I already own the electric 6 ft. "monster" prop that was sold on this site in 2006 or 2007, that looks exactly the same. Does anybody remember that? I have a mad scientist scene and thought it would be cool to have that prop running and then someone wearing this costume pretending to be a prop and then jump out at people. (Ok, it's a bit of a stretch.) I'll probably use this costume to dress a home-made prop, but would wear it myself if I was 6 inches shorter and 50 pounds lighter. Good quality material, good "fur", good fun factor (brain, heart, chains). Very nice Frankenstein monster-type costume.

The suit fits well and is weel made the brain part need work it tends to crumple in but it you stuff it it stays ok. Fun Fun Fun
