  • Poor Quality, Runs Large

    Purchased this costume because it was only $10 and wouldnt pay any more than that for it. Material is cheap and sheer. I ordered a small, im 135lbs, 5 7 and the costume was too big. Can be cut and altered easily though.

  • Good Buy!

    I wore this dress as part of my Bride of Frankenstein costume this year! I liked that it was a sort of "neutral" costume that way. I agree with the review above this; parts of this dress were of less quality than others, but overall it fit great, true to size, and the gloves and extra strips of "bandage" were nice little extras with it! Great value for the price! I did put a white shirt under mine to cover my shoulders since it is thin material and it's cold on Halloween here in New York, yo! Also, one of the few non "sexy" costumes - yet still quite feminine! Enough with trying to make everything "sexy", darnit!

  • A Great Purchase

    I am very pleased with this cosume because of the low price and nice fit. I usually wear a size 6 or 8 and I ordered a medium to make sure I would have room in the hips. The costume fits true to size and the website photo is an accurate representation. However the back is plain, with thin fabric from the shoulders to the waist. The back from the waist to the hemline is the white velour fabric without mummy details or ruching (except the uneven hem). A good thing about the back though is a small piece of elastic sewn into the waist to give the dress more shape. The gloves fit nicely. Overall, the fabric isn't the best quality but you get what you pay for, in a good way.
