I bought this table skirt to make hula skirts for a luau party. It is really well made. The raffia is tied over the top cord, so I cut the lengths I needed, slid off the extra raffia stands, and used the top cord to tie the skirts together. The flowers are glued on with hot glue and did not come off with all the pulling I put them through to get the sizes I needed. We did not need a table skirt, but I am sure it would make a really good one but it did not come with anything to attach it to the table except the ends of the cord. It matched the leis in the Bahama Breeze Deluxe Party Kit.
